Time rift in The Shining Cove bugged?

Hi,

I think I encountered a bug. The Time Rift in the shining cove is inaccessible, because there is an object in the way, like a mountain. According to the map, it should be accessible, but it is not.

I don’t really have a screen shot, but i’m sure you know which time rift I mean and it should be easily reproducible for you.
