I was doing a monolith and had to kill the Thunder Dragon. Before even getting to him he did his lightning attack and it 1 shotted me without even able to see let alone target him. this should not occur and have also notices other mobs still firing ranged attacks when off screen.
Yes I had this happen as well, bosses shouldn’t be able to start doing a telegraphed attack before it’s on-screen it severely limits the ability to respond to it.
