Thrown Weapons Targeting

I am currently playing a Sentinel and using Hammer Throw as one of my primary attacks. Since the last update, 0.7.9C, it still works for most mobs but with Venom Weavers it seems to almost never hit them. I have to use different attacks. I am currently in The Forgotten Cave (Ruined Era).

I’m now in the Shattered Valley and having the same issue with Voidwing Nests.
