There is a terrain in Mountain Aerie map where my Hammer Throw as Sentinel wont spawn hammers. It consumes mana, gives me buff for using that skill but hammers arent show. Its a squared stone ground, from multiple cubes of stone. - Uploaded image here - hammet-throw-bug hosted at ImgBB — ImgBB

Same happens to me around all the giant fire pits.
