If this isn’t a bug, then it is bad luck. I had three proc in a dungeon and I just could not do any controls in game. I just lost over 2 hours of farming rep to be able to get the prophecies and an upgrade was on the ground. I am burnt out.
I don’t know if it’s a bug or not, but it’s definitely not a feedback/suggestion. You should edit the question and move it to Bug Reports
