Thoughts on skill node converters(base damage of 1 type into another)

Curious as to if am a lone sheep with this way of thinking. Having a node in a skill tree changing its damage to another, would update the hotbar icon as well as the hover-over text display. (E.g., Infernal Shade to Blood Shade)

Yes, that’s what they do, as do adding base damage. If it doesn’t its a bug.

Icons changing with Converted Skills is planned for 1.0.

In the Gamescom promotional material they already had this and Mike confirmed it when we talked about it.
