The thorn shield (spriggan form) when proccing eterras blessing (rosebloom) which than triggers a healing totem to spawn should explode like how the interaction works with spiked totems in the the spriggan tree since the healing totems take the spiked totem tree and with rotten core they should explode since you are summoning a healing totem ( I hope everything makes sense I don’t know if I made the explanation too complicated)

I might get what you mean however Healing Totem can be used as a Thorn Totem only if you cast it directly as mentionned on the Spriggan Form’s Spiked Totems node.
I haven’t tested it yet but doesn’t seem like a bug to me.
