Oh no, you still have to be aware. A level 48 pally verse forge guard 100 hp regen/sec will not tank through a level 55 quest echo boss, the first one with the bone minions. Those hit way too hard and the level differences will kill you in short order. So there is no issue with your worry like with the ward being the case. Ward way WAY WAY out of control and glad it was brought into reasonable line as a mitigation layer not the way to survive. Some of the low-life variants that floating around come close to that but are only in the 5k range now.
