There are too many enemies with spammable gap closers

I’m not sure what’s different between Release and Beta, but it feels way more prolific now than it used to. It feels like at least half the enemies I encounter now have a charge/dash/leap which they can (and do) spam - sometimes so rapidly that by the time I’ve run or Traversaled away, they’re already using it again. These abilities also seem to ignore/bypass Slow and Chill - I’ve tried loading up on them and haven’t noticed any difference.

I find this very obnoxious and it would be nice if something about it were changed.
