The UI should help players understand when "On Hit" effects will actually apply

For the longest time I couldn’t figure out why all of my On Hit effects never seemed to proc.

After much experimentation and searching around the interwebs I finally figured out that On Hit effects only seem to work for attacks that do not have the Damage over Time tag. This is not clear anywhere in the UI, and quite confusing if you don’t know about it.

Please find a way to make it perfectly clear to players if On Hit effects should be expected to proc with a given skill or not.

Here’s a couple possible ideas:

Add flavor text to all curse/DoT skills that says something like “Will not trigger On Hit effects.”

Add a new tag called “Hit” for any skill that can actually trigger On Hit effects
