The Shard quest bugged

So On the SHARD quest,
Im suppose to speak with keepar balthas. This is after I defeat haruspex orian and you go back to KEEPERS CAMP, and speak with leena there. Balthas is right next to her. But The game servers where being stupid (whole other issue) and I had to leave the game. This buggged it putting the quest instance ALL the way back at the start and causing it to be stuck at “speak with keeper balthas” this is after you release balthas from the cage and have to travel back to keeprs camp.

Pretty much its stuck in an older quest instance literally breaking the entire game because I just cant progress.
The pictures wont help so im not going to bother.

I think im able to kinda redo the entire quest, but its a really dumb thing to happen. And I dont even know if it would fix it lol. Ill give an update

EDIT:
Okay I fixed it by going back to kill Haruspex orian.
Which let me talk to balthas in the cage, which let me finish the quest.

hey man i cant talk to Leena quest bugged also at the end i logged out , where do i go back to kill Haruspex ?

The Osprix Warcamp. Theres a chance you might have to go thru Ulatri Highlands to trigger it. I didnt just go straight to osprix warcamp.

Glade this could pretty much insta help someone thou. Must be a common issue, wonder if it does this with other quest.

FIXED ! omg you fixed it for me man life saver ! yes you have to travel to The Osprix Warcamp, get to the end and fight the boss Haruspex orian then progress down to talk to him in the cage , once thats done use the normal portal on the group to go back and now it updates and can talk to Leena , quest handed in and resolved now cant continue

Note i did all thes last night and had to repeat all that fight again , just so its clear repeat it
