The quest tracker leads to nowhere - not where quest is. Was looking for the spot forever. Used lots of TP to town.
In the picture you can see me next to quest spot while arrow shows it completely elsewhere.

Might be that I skipped 1 part of quest where the arrow leads, it is the spot next to TP you have to go down very steep angle and it is hard to see that you can go down there.
