The ruined coast waypoint is locked

Hi,

I´ve started to lvl up my older primalist char, which was lvl 66 and I just realized, that The Ruined Coast waypoint is locked, so I cannot get to new dungeon. I tried my the oldest char and waypoint is open, so it seems that I got bug for this character, can anyone let me know what to do, thanks.

Can you try going to Shining Cove and use the time rift? It will get you there and you’ll be able to activate the waypoint.
If not, go to Oracle’s Abode and talk to the lady who gives you the quest. She is close to the waypoint.
