Please let us have an individual VOLUME bar for Item Alerts.
The new sounds are great but let us have the option to increase their volume. Loud combat sounds may cause you to miss the sounds of items dropping.

Wouldn’t be a high priority feature to add, but I’m definitely here for this when the time comes where it’s feasible to fit it into the dev’s schedule.
This and adding controllable icons on the map so you can have map icons on specific item/affix drops.
