I first came across this problem early in the game when you fight the big void worm thing at the edge of the path. I was standing right on the edge as far as I could be and swipe wouldn’t even swing no matter how much I clicked on it.
Now I’m 100% in wearbear form using swipe and I could not even attack the 4 towers in the fall of the outcasts boss fight. Litteraly standing right in front of the towers and he wouldn’t attack.
I do have points specked into attack range but still its not enough.
