I have experienced issues with the quest markers in both of my play sessions.
A lot of quest masrkers don’t appear at all for most quests. When they do appear, they do not disappear from the map, even if the quest is completed.

As you can see, I have only an active quest, but I still have many markers from the previous quests that I completed. Also the actual current quest marker is nowhere to be found.
The bug has been present from the beginning of my playthrough, sice the early quests markers weren’t appearing at all. Relaunching the game doesn’t fix the issue.
