During the quest The Last Imperial in Welryn Undercity, if you destroy one of the Soul Repository’s and then portal out then back in, it will re spawn allowing you to destroy it again for the 2nd and 3rd required for the quest to be complete
This is a known issue due to zones being refreshed when you portal in/out.
