There is a thread in the general forum, but I think this should appear in the bug reports subforum too so that it gets attention. The presumed final step in The Keeper Vault quest to return to the keeper’s camp and speak with Keeper Leena is bugged. I completed this, but it still shows as incomplete. Furthermore, she no longer appears in the camp in order to complete these quest line.
