DEFEAT THE IMPERIAL COMMANDER- FREQUENT BUG
when approaching "outcast prisoner"s location via the eastern side… all the mobs in that area will see you or get struck by a ranged skill and “wander off” (probably saw the ice cream truck coming) ultimately making it so you cant defeat the imperial commander, either the mobs state gets bugged or despawned. not sure which.
