On the newest patch(0.9.1d3), the game crashes instantly when starting up. I can see the login screen briefly and sometimes a unity error dialog would pop up(It disappears so fast I can’t make a screenshot). Sometimes my other programs would also crash including Steam and Chrome. I was playing the game in May and it launches just fine, so it must be one of the new patches that broke it.

Can you play other games without crashing?
Have you tried validating your game installation?
I’ve been playing D2R mostly, other games run just fine. I tried verifying integrity, steam downloaded a couple files but the same problem still occurs.
