I’m pretty new to this game so may be misunderstanding the mechanics, but I think
Arcing Power only adds additional chains when you directly cast lightning blast (from also adding chains when you procced lightning blast).
will mean it no longer works cast off of Disintegrate. I assume that casting Lightning Blast a bunch of times before channeling is going to be too slow, so I’d want to move two points from Arcing Power somewhere else.
It was working before, but they could have fixed it (assuming it was a bug) however i think that having lightning blast proc while you channel disintegrate was a way of you manually doing it since you had to be channeling. Not sure would have to test in the new patch.
Arcing Power should no longer give you additional chains when proc’d. If it is then it’s a bug.

Yes this build is still viable, but it will do slightly less damage than before due to reduced lightning damage on idols.

Would the fire spec focusing on crit with Ignivar’s Head and Gambler’s Fallacy be better now?
I think I got over 800% spell crit strike chance on the planner. I don’t know if ignivar’s registers anything over 100%.
That is the only build that benefits from your crit chance going over 100%.

Cool! Ignivar’s also says it does “more” damage equal to your spell crit chance. In my build I didn’t use anything that hit just so I wouldn’t lose the buff from the Fallacy. Is it actually a “more” multiplier?

The “Update” doesn’t look any appealing to be honest, meh clearing, bossing okish, channeling gameplay, and i’m curious to see the stuff on the traveler. Like, really curious.
