After I did the thing in monoliths that reduce corruption.
Once done and I clicked the thing and chose how much corruption I wanted to reduce, the window did not close or go away. Its permanently stuck there. I tried even teleporting to different location so that stuff would get loaded again. It was still there.
Only thing that could remove it, as far as I tried things, was to log out and log back in.
Can confirm, I saw this bug today as well. I finished the reduce corruption echo and after selecting how much to reduce by the window would not close. Even after traveling back to town the window was still showing. Exiting the game and restarting cleared it.
