The "Close All" keybind should not activate while cursor is in the chatbox

Hello,

I’ve set the keybind for “Close ALL / Open Main Menu” to space, as that is what I am familiar with.
This becomes a problem when attempting to chat, because it will close the chat window if I attempt to type a space, though it does type a space.

I view this as a bug because other hotkeys do not function this way, if I type “W” in chat, my wizard does not cast a spell.
