The Black Sun - unique or set helmet or shield echo rewards seem to drop set items only

I’ve now gotten 7-8 of those rewards, and so far all of them have been set items. Not statistically significant, I know, but enough to raise an eyebrow. Log file attached.

Edit: The streak came to an end at the 9th attempt, and I found a unique, so it was probably just chance after all.
