The mobs drop a unique loot but it falls inside the tent of the map but the loot is unreachable, and when i reenter the map its gone.

Similar bug, not in the same location as OP. My one is in a monolith map
As the image shows, the loot has fallen outside of the map boundary and is unreachable.
Same issue - I think.
The Barren Aqueduct. Loot dropped under a tent. Can’t reach.
