Running up a new class, defeated some mobs and needed to sell before I could retrieve the new items on the ground. Used a teleport to go back to town, spent maybe 1-2 minutes there.
Zoned back through, map looked like I didn’t open any part of it except where I teleported into, and all of the loot was gone.
