That Damned text

The Damned from the passive tree node Eye of Damnation says it reduces health regen by 25%.
The Damned node from the skill Soul Feast says its reduces health regen by 20%.

Edit - Looks like you can increase the effect of the Damned from the Soul Feast skill so maybe its intended.

I still would have thought that the base effect should have the same value whether it’s applied from Soul Feast or the Eye of Damnation node.
