Thank you EHG

Despite being vocal and critical on some topics from my end, i want to thank all the hard work. I think this should be said sometimes aswell.
Iam vocal because i wish the best for this game and see so much potential, thats the reason

What i love about EHG:
The clear communication and taking some community feedback to hard (really fast).
It feels like you actually care about what your consumers think and that you think our feedback has value (which a lot of companies dont do). SO thanks for that.

Sometimes on topics one of the devs reacts that they will talk about this later.
For me this feels like the community is being heard. Despite of what they will choose.
Iam not expecting EHG to do everything the community asks and i think they shouldnt. But it feels really good that in some degree you guys do. It really improves your game in my opinion.

The upcoming patch 0.8.2 is one of the many examples of the devs listening to the community.
I also remember Sarno spilling some beans earlier then he wanted about multiplayer because a lot of people (me included were getting worried if it still was in the workings).
It felt good to information on that back then. It was something that Sarna didnt have to do. He promised he would do it at the end of 2020, but he did it anyway.

I appreciate all the hard work and cant wait for the new big patch.

Thanks EHG! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I agree, the players also need to acknowledge and thank each other also, to keep that positive vibe going.

I never buy early access games and usualy wait for a sale but there is a lot of good ā€œword upā€ out there on this game and I am enjoying my time with it thus far. With all the great community involvement I am looking forward to what the future may bring!

Definitely, the involvement from this dev team compared to other games is superior and absolutely reassuring for the future progression for the game. Feels like we’re in good hands.

Also I’m 100% sure devs read a lot more threads and post as it is generally noticed. We had conversations in the past where dev answers were demanded to ā€œdecide and argumentā€ or answer questions.

One answer at some point was that the devs hesitate to involve themselves too much in conversations to not bias arguments in a certain direction. Sometimes conversations abruptly end when a devs joins and gives a statement as people think it’s not worthwhile to answer anymore.

These devs are a good example how game development should be done these days and many other devs could/should carefully watch and learn!

Totally agree here.
I said this myself alot on other occasions.

But i think everybody who is already part of this community for an extended period, will recognized, that even though devs don’t actively participate in every discussion, when major patches drop and include features that were heavily discussed or requested, people have to see, that EHG is in fact listening.

Completely agree with sentiments expressed here. I love this game and am super excited to see what the future holds for it. The communication from EHG is the best I’ve known from a studio. I also really appreciate their patient approach to development and it is clear they genuinely listen to feedback. It is a real joy to be here.
