I wasa playing normally yesterday , then when i close the game , the game bugged and i’ had to close process. then today when i open the game, all my gear was wiped out from my stash, some of my characters are gone, and I have no shards, or runes or glyphs on my inventory

Sorry you are having hassles with the game…
If the game crashed while it was accessing the savegame or stash files (all stored locally on your machine) then its very possible these files can have become corrupted and resulted in the game being unable to load them and this translates into missing characters or empty stash.
If you are using Steam Cloud Saves, then it could also be that Steam messed up the syncing of the savegames (which it sometimes does if a game crashes or Steam doesnt close properly)… If this happened, then you can login to the Steam via a browser (not the app) and check whats in the Remote Storage and see if your missing character files etc are there…
There are also _temp versions of the savegames and stash files… If the active files are corrupted, then you might be able to swap them (rename the files accordingly) to see if the _temp ones will load…
All local files are in : C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games on windows.
Beyond that, there are no other copies of the files - EHG doesnt have copies of your characters etc…
It may not help right now, but I always manually backup my savegames for any beta/Early access game and I never use or rely on Steam Cloud saves as my backups…
