Terrain: Shield Rush

Greetings!

I’m pretty new to the game and loving it. I’m playing a Auto Bomber Void Knight right now and plan to play on launch day (HYPE!). I was wondering if the interaction between Shield Rush and terrain has been touched at all in the upcoming patch. I don’t record my gaming sessions so, I unfortunately don’t have any screen shots to share. However, here are a few of the interactions I’ve noticed while playing.

// Shield Rush through an open door only to rubber band backwards to the door entrance. As if I was halted by slightly missing the entrance but, the animation continues onward until I stop holding the key bind. Slightly Repeatable, Generally works

// Shield Rush into stairs/some slopes where the character halts. Very Repeatable. The image of the character tripping over the stairs trying to go up them comes to mind when this happens haha.

// Shield Rush through slim walls. Repeatable

// Shield Rush immediate halt. It will appear as if I am on a flat surface but, the skill will activate and then register that I collided. I always look at the mini map to check if I just can’t see the pebble in front of me, which is sometimes the case. Other times I just didn’t hold down the key bind like a goofball :woozy_face:. Randomly Repeatable.

// Shield Rush into a wall and teleport onto the other side. This has happened two times in my hours of playing. The first time the character stopped and I was able to continue action. The second time I was stuck and had to use another action skill to move. Both times took a second to process what just happend.

These are not game breaking issues and the character overall feels amazing to play. However, if they are fixed the immersion and quality of life would be slightly better. I love what the team is doing with the game and can’t wait for launch day. Much love and take care!
