Temporal Sanctum - stuck at entrance, 4rth key wasted

Hi,

I’ve now wasted my 4rth key opening a sanctum, the sanctum won’t progress even with switching shifts. I am just stuck past the front door.

Same issue with the Soul Furnace entrance. Went through the whole instance AGAIN for the third time and I can’t access the boss.
