If you have the FK rank that gives 20% additional chance to drop a Temporal Keystone. The Drop rate is base + (1.2) not base * 1.2 or whatever it should be. This means instead of having a 33% chance to drop a single keystone you can drop 1.53 keystones (1 or 2).
