Tempest Strike - Twisted Heart of Uhkeiros and other Items

  • Tempest Strike has a spell tag and procs Bleeding Hearts affix (“You are inflicted with bleed when you cast a spell”)
    even without a tempest.
  • Tempest Strike doesnt proc Twisted Heart of Uhkeiros affix (“x% of Current Health converted to Ward when you directly cast an Elemental Spell”) with or without a Tempest.

Aww dang, I had just noticed the twisted heart today and was building up a beastmaster focused on the tempest strike/twisted heart interaction.

I really hope they decide it should work! After all, you can remove all three tempests (Warm Shelter, Grounded Refuge, and Calm Seas) and the skill doesn’t lose the spell tag.
