Tempest Strike Mutliple Bugs

Tempest Strike has multiple Bugs which make it quite useless for some purposes:

  • The “Coldest Night” Passive guarantess chill on frigid tempest hits. This does not work when cast via Avalanche (“Wrath of the Mountain passive”) and when cast via totems(“Looming Gale” passive) → doesnt chill at all

  • The “Lagonian Shaman” passive grants 30% chance to gain a Gladiator of Lagon stack on casting a tempest. This does not work when cast via Avalanche (“Wrath of the Mountain passive”) → Never grants any stacks

  • I suspect the “Bulwark of Nature” passive will also not work when casting a tempest via Avalanche - please check this.

These Bugs make the “Wrath of the Mountain” passive quite useless.

None of the procs based on casting a Tempest work with Druid’s Call either.

It looks like the Tempest casts through other means are not working.
