grounded is bugged and does not stop Tempest strike from procing lightning bolt.

Not a bug, if you notice the final line of the node “This node has no effect if Northern Winds & Earthspikes are disabled”, you’ve then taken the Mute Earth node (disabled Earth Spikes) & Dead Wind node (disables Northern Winds).

One "bug I have noticed though is in the Grounded description it uses “Earthspikes” but in the effect lines & everywhere else it’s called “Earth Spikes” @EHG_Justin .
