When casting Tornado though the Ceaseless Typhoon node for Tempest Strike, the Tornado cast does not gain the benefit of any skill points put into Tornado. For example the 100% to case two Tornadoes does not seem to work, or the duration increase.

Adding on to this, the Druid’s Call node doesn’t seem to proc ceaseless typhoon when wind tempests are cast by that node.
Lagonian Shamanism seems to have this issue as well. Doesn’t work with Druid’s Call.
