Teleporting Mana Strike Bugged on Controller

Hi there,

I want to report a controller specific bug with teleporting strike. The skill works if I use a mouse and keyboard, but if I attempt to use a controller, mana strike remains melee range only. Changing the hotkey for the skill does not seem to help.
