Two bugs here: Teleport has a mod that is supposed to renew the duration of any active haste buffs when it is cast., It is not doing that.
Second bug is with Focus. When you take the mod that makes Focus into a teleport skill, the description says that it doesn’t count as Teleport, however it IS sharing a cooldown with teleport. So either this is a bug or a poor description of the skill.
