What were you doing at the time? Just got to the first merchant after starting a new character
How consistently does this happen? Anytime I change priority in details of task manager for the game to high priority

Setting the game to high priority in task manager turns all UI off, you can’t see item drops either or npc menus.
I appreciate the report, but we cannot officially support altering process priority.
