Just like any other Void Knight struggling his way into the abyssal journey to find a freaking Manafused Leonine Greathelm (T7 in general not just T7 Mana which makes it Manafused, i’m not THAT picky) i tried everything i possibly could from weaver tree item allocation as a reward, up to loot filtering every other sentinel helmet in a different color just to find a decent roll on a Leonine Greathelm. I know that every other helmet should do the trick but that specific helm gives precious armor and reduced damage from crits which is MANDATORY if you plan on paying a visit to Ubby’s domain of one shot.
I spent days killing everything that has the audacity to breathe in the same monolith with me and all i found was helmets with trash tier affixes not even mana max tier found was T5 which doesn’t help if you plan on using Erasing Strike build you know the importance of Mana Pool and the speed on which it goes away.
So i’d like some suggestions on how to target farm it properly if i’m doing something wrong etc. Also one more thing i’m struggling to find is any 2H Axe with Melee Void Damage. I don’t mean good Melee Void Damage roll. I mean Melee Void Damage in general. I saw like 2 or 3 in the last week and 2 of them went to waste since their Affix Tier was low and couldn’t upgrade (F.P. 0 in 2-3 tries with Havoc) and 1 was Tier 6 which was used for World Splitter.
Is there something i can do that can narrow down the target farming and make it even more efficient?
Edit : The last 2 days i’m farming items on 500c+ and still no drops
You didn’t say what you doing for target farming so we don’t know what you can improve.

Short rundown without detailed explanation:
Helmet Drop Rate Blessing (The Stolen Lance Timeline)
Prophecies for Exalted Helmets (use Exalted + Helmet Lenses)
Remove all Crafting/Key Monolith Rewards in the Weaver Tree (right side)
Spec all exalted extra drops in the Weaver Tree (on champion kills and caches)
Try not resetting your echo webs too often and move outwards asap (deeper echoes have higher chance to spawn rarer echo rewards such as Exalted Helmet)
Utilize Woven Vessels of Memory when you have Exlated Helmet Echoes in your web, especially when there are more than one exalted Helmet Echoes close together
Spec into Tomb spawnrate in the Wever Tree
Always do Tombs in Exalted Helmet Echoes. The Chest at the end of the Tomb always has the same reward as the echo, so you doubling down on that
Imprint Sepulchre of the Lost in both slots, this contains all echo rewards surrounding it, which happens quite often, because this is not a super rare echo and gives you more good rewards.
For how many other affixes do you care, you only want Melee Void Dmg?
If you only want one affix you can highlight any 2H Axe with a T7 prefix and rune of redemption that

So let me explain. Weaver Tree item allocation is both for the helmet which causes the echo reward to be helmets for Sentinel only since it can’t just drop Leonine Greathelms.
Also the chance to drop from champions etc. is a leonine greathelm with a T7 roll that i found one after 500 helms i saw with bad tier affixes. I’ll change to sepulchre for the surround rewards and i’m also trying prophecies for exalted helmets but none seem to work. The only thing i didn’t try is rune of redemption on the Axe. Also,yeah all i’m looking for is a T7 Melee Void Damage on a 2H Axe
You cannot target farm JUST that one sub type, you basically want as many Exlated Helmet to drop as possible. Imprints and all the things I mentioned above help with that.
Also runes of Havoc and Runes of Redemption can obviously be used for Helmet as well, but if you care for the base type that is a lot harder to do already.
Yeah if you only want it for legendary crafting runes of redemption are probably best used for Axes unti lyou have good ones and then you cna start to also used runes of redemption for helmets. But that is much more unlikely to hit something you want since class specific items have waaaaaaaay more prefixes than melee weapons.
