i got ring with 13 dexterity
its 13-16 range tier 7
after using rune of refinement like 6 times i never got dexterity higher then 14
is it my luck
or there is some bug with affix range?
I recall that in the previous crafting system, the Rune of Refinement was weighted to give you a slightly higher chance of low/mid range results and was only really useful if you had affix ranges on the low end of the particular Tier scale. This was originally to prevent it from being too easy to max out Tiers with Refinement runes…
I am not sure if this has been changed in the recent crafting re-work.
Also, 6 tries isnt really a statistically high enough sample to tell if there is a problem… To tell if its broken I expect that the devs would have to simluate 100’s or even 1000’s of tests…
