After using the skill, charterer is locked into position and cannot move. Can use shift to start moving again

No shadows are created from skill
This started happening earlier this morning. I did not write down the specific time. I tried logging in and out of the character and it did not fix. Tried to exit and enter the game. Did not fix. Just came back 4-5 hours later and still not working.
