Synchronised Strike noob questions

I’m new to this Rogue business…

The skill Synchronised Strike as some skill nodes (such as Foreshadowing) that include the phrase “Shadows created within 4 seconds of using Synchronised Strike…”.

Does this count the shadows that are created by Sync Strike itself (assuming I only used the skill once I mean - I am not asking about how it works across successive uses of the skill within 4 secs). Hope that made sense. Thanks.

No it shouldn’t affect the shadows from Sync Strike directly.

First it specifically stated after
Secondly it is a increased damage multiplier, which usually is not used for a node that would otherwise buff the ksill itself
