Symbols/Sounds that already exist for our lootfilters

Kudos EHG, epic ingame lootfilter… Many games could take an example…

However, im seeing symbols on the map for lizzards, nemesis etc. and there are sounds for some loot…

Any chance we could use those existing symbols/sounds for our filters?
