The skill node : Umjol’s guidance in the swipe skill tree wont let you take the last point to convert swipe to lightning.
Have tried to re-level and so on.
Do you have maybe a thornslinger ? or another +1 to physical skill ? Because that might be your issue. When you fully convert swipe you loose the phys tag and so loose a point .
