How effective is the lightning penetration node in the Swipe skill? It says its effective against lower health enemies but does that mean its useless against bosses or elite mobs?
Not sure why it says that. Penetration is a reduction to the target’s resistance which does not stack & is usually (but not always) skill specific (as compared to shred which does the same thing but stacks up to 20). Since the vast majority of mobs don’t have any resistance you can think of it as an additional “more” multiplier.
