While in swarmblade form and entering a new area, it sometimes wipes the hotkey bar completely. Not allowing for manual transforming back into human and once you run out of rage and transform back into a human, you have to add all of your hotbar skills back. Happened a few times over one hour.
This is a known issue that we’re hoping to have a fix for soon.
