I was trying out Howling cascade in swarm blade and didn’t like it so i unlearned it but i had 1 stack of the buff.
now the buff is on me permanently
This will be the same issue as affects Preparation and all other similar passives (such as Lethal Cadence).
Llama is correct. They should be removed on logout, this is purely a visual bug. Thanks for the report.
