The Swarm Strike skill is changing places on the skill bar sometimes when moving between Werebear Form and Swarmblade Form and back. It’s incredibly aggravating to press the 4th key and suddenly change into the werebear when I am supposed to be executing Swarm Strike. (It can also be deadly.)
