I have 3% melee damage leeched as health from the survival of the pack passive, as well as a 2% of damage leeched as health on hit relic, and none of the 3 melee abilities leech health, despite it working perfectly fine in human and werebear forms.
Could you upload your build to the build planner & link it please as it’s working fine for me. Do you have one of the uniques equipped that disables leech?
